I got together for a second time (our first shoot) with the beautiful and talented Merritt Moore and, for the first time, Michael Waldrop, her partner on stage on several occasion. They recently performed together at Ballet in the Park in Ston Easton Park. They have an amazing connection that I tried to capture in some of the images below.

Dancers are amazing to work with on photo shoots, and Merritt was no exception. She looked stunning and did the most beautiful movements without much direction.
For her make up I used the MUA Undress me too palette for the eyes along with a bit of the Naked palette. The eyeliner was my trusted Collection 2000 Extreme 24h waterproof felt tip. I used the Sleek Face form palette for contouring and the Tarte Amazonian clay blush in Exposed. I set everything with the Nars Light reflecting loose setting powder. For the lips I mixed Kate Moss for Rimmel No 05 and Mac Modesty.
The final pictures will be up on this blog soon. Stay tuned.

I’ve decided to gradually move all my photography from my old and outdated website to this one. It’s easier to maintain just one site!
This is a shoot I did with my friend Lulah. We’ve worked together at a charity children’s holiday home for several years and every summer we would do a photo shoot. This on we did on the very last days, with just have an hour or so before we had to get our train home. We found the wedding dress in the costume cupboard. The Wendy house was donated by someone for the children to play in.
Here are the results of a fun afternoon where we transformed my livingroom into a photo studio (using a Primark King size sheet and natural light through the windows) and played around with lots of makeup. So much fun! Big thank you to Stefanie for being such a patient model. I only did some minimal retouching.

Hello lovely readers,
It’s Sunday and this weekend I never got home when the sun was still out, so no photography or filming, sadly. However, I am excited to announce two upcoming projects I’m planning for next week.
1. Beauty photo shoot
My friend Stefanie has agreed to model for me – she is stunning! I am still working on the concept. She has beautiful reddish curls and fair skin. I will go hunting for interesting props early in the week, as well as some more colourful makeup in case we want to go crazy – I am thinking of the MUA eyeshadow palettes…
2. Makeup Tutorial: Marion Cotillard on Vogue
I will be kicking off my Vogue covers series with a tutorial on this gorgeous look. I love how the eyeshadow looks somewhat like it has just been slapped on, no meticulous blending, and the ‘wet’ effect. Let’s see if I get anywhere close to it! Will be looking at metallic cream eye shadows, I think.
Have a lovely week everyone!
